Human Resources 2021
As one of the largest employers in La Paz County, La Paz Regional Hospital recruits prospective employees in a variety of methods. LPRH endeavors to hire qualified employees to fill open positions by offering excellent benefits; including but not limited to: Retirement, Paid Time Off, and Scholarship's for healthcare education, Health, Vision and Dental insurance. The Hospital currently has 230 employees from all over La Paz County and surrounding areas including Mohave County.
There are several ways to apply for a position at the Hospital. The most successful method is applying on the Hospital’s website, www.lapazhospital.org, under “Careers”.  Prospective applicants, ages 18 or older, can complete applications for specific positions or use the “General Application”.  Once completed, the application is forwarded to Human Resources for review. If an applicant meets the requirements of an open position, the application is forwarded to the appropriate Department Director for review and possible interview.  In addition, resumes can be forwarded to Human Resources by email to [email protected]. And sometimes word of mouth works too.
Human Resources Director, Regina Martinez adds, “Having worked for LRPH for 40 plus years, I can personally say it’s the best little Hospital in Arizona.  We value our employees, they are hardworking professionals providing our community great service. We are family!”
